All returns must have prior written authorization. When submitting a returns request, schools, bookstores and wholesalers must supply the following information: date of invoice, invoice number, purchase order number, quantity of each title purchased, and quantity of each title to be returned. Full credit will be given for all books returned within 90 days from the date of invoice, if they are in unmarked, clean, saleable condition. Return requests may be faxed to 1.734.661.0136.
When a new or enhanced edition is published, copies of the prior edition may still be returned up to 45 days from the later of the date of invoice or the date of publication, as listed on the T. H. Peek, Publisher website.
Books must be returned within 15 days after authorization to return has been received from T. H. Peek, Publisher, or a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Pack books securely in sturdy cardboard boxes; lay books flat, do not stand them on end. Use packing materials so that books cannot move in their cartons—books that shift in their cartons during transit are often damaged and will not be accepted for return. Books returned in jiffy bags will not be accepted. If our fulfillment house informs us returned books have not been received in a clean condition suitable for resale “as new” by the publisher, they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
A 15% restocking fee (minimum $5.00) will be charged for all books returned without written authorization. A 15% return fee (minimum $5.00) plus any applicable shipping fees will be charged for books received in unacceptable condition and returned to customers at their request.
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse address; UPS or FedEx shipments preferred.
Shipping instructions to our warehouse will be given when the return is authorized.
